Of course, there’s some stiff competition — some other poets whose work I admire, like Jennifer Militello, Jeff Friedman, Pat Fargnoli. Pat and Jennifer are also finalists for the big “Outstanding Book of Poetry” prize (that’s decided by a panel, not us folks out here).
